What is your corporate rate?
We currently do not offer a corporate rate, however we do offer a 15% discount for groups of four or more.

What is the cut off for the early bird special?
The Early Bird rate is based on number of registrants and not on a specific date. Therefore when all of the Early Bird seats have been secured anyone registering after that time must pay full price, with the exception of Sponsors.
Do I need any special documentation from my country?
VISAs and other travel documents vary depending on your country of origin. Please contact your embassy for a list of required documents.

Can you meet me at the airport?
A representative of The Jatropha Harvest Experience 2010 will meet you at the airport and provide transportation to your hotel as well as return you to the airport when you are scheduled to depart.
I need a special invitation letter, with my name on it as well as my company name, requesting our presence in order for me to go, can you supply this?
Yes. If any special invitation documentation is required, please send us a list of requirements and we will generate what you need.
Can I pay with PayPal?
No. Payment can be made either via VISA or MasterCard Payment on our site or through a bank wire transfer (bank details on site).
Do you accept American Express?
No, only the credit cards listed above and Bank Wire Transfer.
Can you provide some sponsorship money as we don’t have enough money?
There is no sponsorship money available.
Can we have 2 persons per room, on the Early Bird Special?
